spyfan. If you like my icons and want to be added, leave me a comment. I'll check your journal first, and then, add you. Be sure to READ and FOLLOW the rules:
1) Do NOT REDISTRIBUTE my icons without my consent. I don't spend hours making icons so you can put them up at your website. Also, if I wanted a website for my icons, I'd make one.
2)ALWAYS COMMENT WHEN TAKING AN ICON. If you take an icon and don't let me know, I'll delete you.
3)GIVE CREDIT. IN KEYWORDS. If you don't, I'll delete you too.
4)DO NOT ALTER MY ICONS. If I put a blinky star on an icon, it's because that's how I want it to be. Some of my icons are blanks, but they're not bases, and they're NOT to be altered. Take an icon as it is, if you want something different, go get it somewhere else.
5) You must tell me what rule #4 before I add you. That's just to make sure you really read the rules.
